A separate room, not a separate label

Vault contents live outside the shared organizational index — structurally, not just by policy. A different room, not a shelf in the same one.

Sealed with your personal key

Your data is encrypted with a key that belongs to you alone. The boundary is enforced at the key layer — even the people who run Memra's databases cannot read your content.

Consent is a kill-switch

Your consent gates both what enters your vault and whether it can be retrieved at all. Withdraw it and access stops immediately.

Delete means destroyed

Deleting your vault destroys your personal key itself — what remains is unreadable, permanently. There is no quiet backup that outlives you.

Never used for training

Your vault never feeds shared logs, shared models, or the platform's learning loop. What's yours stays out of everything that's ours.

Audited without exposing you

Vault activity is recorded for accountability — with your identity redacted from the records themselves. Accountable, and still anonymous.

Delegation on your terms

Authorize an assistant to do one specific job with your vault. It gets a synthesized summary with citations — never your raw data — and it can't do anything you didn't name.

How the Vault works

Memra is your organization's shared memory. Your Vault is a sealed room inside it that only your key opens. Everyone reaches Memra through the same gate — but when you ask, your key also opens the vault, blending company knowledge with your private notes into a richer, cited answer. Everyone else gets the shared corpus alone.
